COLUMBIA, SC – SleepMed received notification of the acceptance of four submitted abstracts for poster presentation at the 2005 Associated Professional Sleep Societies (APSS) Medical Conference in Denver, Colorado from June 18-23, 2005 and the abstracts will subsequently be published in the May/ June 2005 issue of the Journal Sleep.  The specifics on each poster is as follows:

"Sodium Oxbyate, Alone and in Combination with Modafinil, Produces Significant Impovements in Sleep Architecture in Narcolepsy" will be presented on June 22, 2005 from 1:30pm to 3:00pm by Richard Bogan, MD, Chairman and Chief Medical Officer of SleepMed, Inc. and the abstract subsequently published in the Journal SLEEP.

"SleepMed Insomnia Index (SMI) as an Outcome Measure in Treated Insomnia" will be presented on June 20, 2005 from 1:30pm to 3:00pm by Richard Bogan, MD and Jo Anne Turner, Nurse Practitioner, both with SleepMed, Inc. and the abstract subsequently published in the Journal SLEEP.

"The Sleep Matrix:  A New Tool to Measure Sleep Vital Signs" will be presented on June 20, 2005 from 1:30pm to 3:00pm by Richard Bogan, MD and Jo Anne Turner, Nurse Practitioner, both with SleepMed, Inc. and the abstract subsequently published in the Journal SLEEP.

"A New Tool To Measure Insomnia: The SleepMed Insomnia Index (SMI) ," will be presented on June 20, 2005 from 1:30pm to 3:00pm by Richard Bogan, MD and Jo Anne Turner, Nurse Practitioner, both with SleepMed, Inc. and the abstract subsequently published in the Journal SLEEP.
